Stay Calm

“Stay calm when you are experiencing the agitation. Stay quiet when you are experiencing the loudness. Love to relax when you are in the reaction. Just love to be okay when you are experiencing the non-okayness, so that you are not fighting with your outer or your inner. Try to not change your outer or your inner.

Whenever you think it is too late, remember that it is never too late. Everything is helping you to stay in this little. From that little, see how it is softening you; how it is softening your ground; how it is softening your thinking; how it is softening your reactions; how it is softening your loudness.

Just love the moment you are being in the softness. When you are being in the softness, in the moment, this is you. This is you swimming in the softness, and the hardness keeps melting. This way you are opening to everything and there is no resistance.”
